Here you can find the general terms and conditions of RePan

  1. The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) govern the comprehensive terms and conditions, deliveries, services and offers between RePan.ch and its customers. They therefore also apply to all future business relationships, even if they are not expressly agreed again.
  2. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only effective if we confirm them in writing.
  1. To shorten the waiting time, new coating orders are treated as “identical exchanges” as standard. This means that RePan checks the stock after the goods arrive and only exchanges the pans if the models are identical to the pans sent in. If no identical model is in stock, we will wait for the goods sent in to be completed (service model). Identical means the same brand, type, size, material and induction capability, if already available. However, deviations e.g. from the production year of the original manufacturer are possible. You are welcome to object to the exchange in writing via a note in the package or when ordering online, whereupon we will only return your exact pan in the service model.
  2. The offers on the RePan.ch webshop are subject to change and are not to be understood as binding offers. The availability of items from our suppliers or manufacturers is reserved.
  3. The information in our sales documents (drawings, illustrations, dimensions, weights and other services) are only to be understood as approximate values and do not constitute a guarantee of properties unless they are expressly designated as binding in writing.
  1. All RePan.ch prices are shown in CHF and are binding. The prices include value added tax (VAT).
  2. Technical changes, errors and misprints excepted.
  3. RePan.ch may change prices at any time and without prior notice.
  1. RePan sends via B Mail and collects via B Mail. This means a shipping time of “2 working days” according to Post.ch. In addition, there is a processing time of up to 2 working days for order processing.
  2. The dates and deadlines specified by us are non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
  3. Transport damage and loss: If a pan arrives damaged, this is usually due to transport damage. This must be reported to Swiss Post immediately; it is important to take the packaging and the pan to the nearest post office and fill out a damage form there.
  4. Confirmed orders can be canceled by RePan.ch at no cost due to external circumstances beyond its control.
  5. The transportation risk is transferred to the buyer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the transport company. However, the shipment is insured to a limited extent. Damage to the delivered goods must be reported to the shipping company as soon as possible, but at the latest within 4 calendar days of delivery. In the event of complaints, all parts of the original packaging must be retained. These may only be disposed of with the written consent of the transport company or RePan.ch.
  6. If a parcel is lost at the post office, this must be reported immediately. With the shipment number provided, Swiss Post can initiate an investigation, which can take up to 5 working days. This is the only way to assert claims against Swiss Post and replace the pan if necessary.
  7. Delivery is always made to the kerbside. We do not offer deliveries by the floor.
  8. We do not insure the goods.
  1. RePan accepts prepayment, credit cards, TWINT or Paypal as payment methods of its choice. When paying by credit card or Paypal, the commission rate published on the website applies.
  2. In the absence of special agreements, the payment period per invoice is 30 days after receipt of the goods.
  1. If the customer fails to settle his debt after a grace period has been set, RePan.ch may claim damages and proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). In particular, RePan.ch has the right to assign outstanding debts to external debt collection companies.
  1. In accordance with these GTC and the other contractual provisions, RePan.ch undertakes to the Client to provide the services with due care.
  2. Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance, from breach of contract, from culpa in contrahendo and from tort are excluded both against us and against our vicarious agents, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  3. Liability for indirect damage and consequential damage resulting from use, faulty performance or loss of performance is excluded. If a delay on our part is due to force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters or other unavoidable events, including delivery difficulties at our suppliers, the delivery time shall be extended accordingly. In return, we are obliged to inform you immediately of these delivery difficulties. If a delivery is not made due to these special circumstances, any liability for damages is excluded.
  4. For coating orders, the customer must ensure that all components to be coated (depending on the materials) are suitable for a temperature of up to 450° C. The customer is obliged to point out low temperatures and a corresponding unsuitability of the materials. If he fails to do so, claims for compensation of any kind are excluded.
  5. The buyer is only entitled to a refund or exchange (replacement delivery). Conversion and reduction are excluded. The decision to refund or exchange an item lies with RePan.ch.
  6. In the event of damage or loss of a customer pan caused by RePan, the customer is entitled to a replacement with a product of equivalent quality; if RePan.ch does not have an equivalent product in stock, the customer is instead entitled to a refund of the costs paid by him. There is no entitlement to a refund of the original purchase price of the returned pan.

RePan restores goods and therefore produces “imperfect” results. Areas such as over-coated dents, scratches or inclusions as well as sanded pan bases and general visual deviations are not accepted as a reason for return.   1. All personal information collected via forms on ch is used exclusively for shipping, payment and communication between RePan.ch and its customers (exception I. 4.).
  2. When you visit the ch website, certain information is automatically stored which is only used for internal company purposes (exception I. 4.) and is not passed on to third parties.
  3. E-mails sent and received are also stored by ch for internal purposes.
  4. The following requested personal information (name, address, phone number and e-mail address) is required to proceed with the service request. If a service is requested based on a third party service commitment, this information will be forwarded to the third party for verification and quality purposes, including confirmation of the service transaction and submission of a customer survey. By signing or accepting these GTC, you consent to this transfer and use by the third party for this purpose.

  1. We reserve the right to change the GTC at any time. The GTC as published in the webshop shall apply in each case. For purchase orders placed before the amended GTC come into force, the previous GTC shall apply even after the amended GTC come into force.
  1. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with RePan.ch is – subject to mandatory deviations – Olten. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
